Green tiles mean the letter is correct and in the right spot. Yellow means the letter is in the word but in the wrong position. Gray means the letter is not in today's answer at all. The puzzle resets every day with a new breed, so every pet lover gets a fresh challenge. With over 350 recognized dog and cat breeds in our database, the answer pool is drawn from real AKC- and CFA-registered breed names — no obscure abbreviations, only true 6-letter breeds.
